Early access is open for tenants with many locations. Request access

Every lease deadline, with the clause behind it.

NoticeDay reads your leases, amendments and assignments, finds every notice date, option and rent step, and cites the section and page for each one. The right people get a reminder before anything is due.

Built for tenants with many locations. Facts from the lease, never legal advice.

Reminders to you and Priya (NJ leases)

Reads the whole file: base leases, riders, exhibits, amendments, assignments, commencement letters and decades-old scans.

From a folder of PDFs to deadlines you can trust

  1. Upload the file

Drop in leases, amendments and assignments, clean PDFs or old scans. NoticeDay sorts them and matches each amendment to its lease.

  2. It reads and cites

Every date, option, rent step and charge comes back with the section, the page and the lease's own words. A second pass checks each one.

  3. You confirm

Anything unclear is flagged for a person to check against the lease. Amendments show exactly what they change before anything updates.

  4. The right people hear about it

Reminders go out 180, 90, 30 and 7 days before each date, to the people who handle that lease. Mark it handled and they stop.

One place for every lease

Dates and notices, rent, responsibilities, CAM and percentage rent checks, and the clauses that matter, across the whole portfolio.

Built on what the lease says

Every value shows its source

Section, page and a short quote from the lease, next to every date and amount. Nothing is a black box.

Facts, never advice

NoticeDay records what the lease says and when things are due. It doesn't tell you what a clause means or what to do about it.

Each person sees their leases

Owners, admins, editors and viewers, limited by state, property, lease or tag. Every change is kept in the lease's history.

Your documents stay yours

Files are stored privately and access is checked on every request. Export everything any time.

Get early access

We're opening NoticeDay to a small group of multi-location tenants first. We'll load your first leases with you and check every date together.
