These terms apply when you or your company use NoticeDay. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What NoticeDay does
NoticeDay reads the leases you upload, records what they say with the clause behind each item, and tracks the dates and notice periods in them. It sends reminders you set up.
Not legal or financial advice
- NoticeDay records what a lease says. It does not give legal, financial or real estate advice, and it is not a substitute for a lawyer.
- Reading is done by software and can be wrong or incomplete. Check every date, amount and term against your signed lease before relying on it.
- You are responsible for meeting the deadlines and obligations in your leases, whether or not a reminder arrives.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity in your account.
- Account owners and admins control who joins the company account and what each person can see.
- Upload only documents you have the right to share with the people in your account.
Your data
Your leases and the information read from them belong to you. You give NoticeDay permission to store and process them only to provide the service. See the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't try to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Fees
Pricing will be shown before you're charged. During the private preview, NoticeDay is free.
Availability and changes
We work to keep NoticeDay available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change features over time and will give notice of changes that matter.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, NoticeDay is not liable for missed deadlines, lost rent, lost profits, or other indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using NoticeDay and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
