Leases hold rent, guaranties and deal terms. Here is how NoticeDay protects them.
Who can see your leases
- Every lease belongs to one company account. People outside your company can't see it.
- Inside your company, each person has a role (owner, admin, editor or viewer) and can be limited to some states, some leases, or leases with a tag.
- These rules are enforced in the database itself, not only on screen, so a mistake in a page can't expose another company's data.
- Invite links work once, for one email address, for 14 days. We store only a scrambled version of each link.
How your files are stored
- Lease PDFs go into private storage that only signed-in members of your company can reach. There are no public links.
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
- Deleting a lease deletes its file and its data.
Reading leases with AI
- NoticeDay sends a lease to Anthropic's Claude API to read it, then checks every item a second time against the lease.
- Under Anthropic's commercial terms, content sent through its API is not used to train its models.
- We don't sell your data or share it for anyone's AI training.
Sign-in
- Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and stored only in hashed form. NoticeDay staff can't see them.
- Every sign-in uses a secure, expiring session.
Who runs the pieces
NoticeDay runs on Vercel (website), Supabase (database, file storage and sign-in) and Anthropic (lease reading). Email reminders will be sent through Resend.
