About

Built by people who work on leases every day

NoticeDay was started by Dillon Ross, a retail and restaurant leasing broker in New York. He has spent his career on both sides of the table: helping landlords lease space and helping tenants find and open new locations.

Across those deals the same problem kept coming up. Tenants with dozens or hundreds of locations track their most important lease dates in spreadsheets and calendar reminders. A renewal window, a kick-out deadline or a CAM review period lives in one person's inbox. When that person moves on, or an amendment changes the expiration, the date drifts.

The information is all in the lease. It's just hard to get out: spread across riders, exhibits and years of amendments, and written as rules instead of dates. NoticeDay reads the whole file, turns those rules into dates, shows the clause behind each one, and reminds the people who handle each location.

What we believe

The lease is the source

Every date and term should point back to the section and page it came from. If you can't check it, you can't rely on it.

Facts, not advice

We record what the lease says and when things are due. What to do about it is a decision for your team and your attorney.

Built for operators

Tenants with many locations don't have a lease department for every store. The tool should do the reading and keep the right people on schedule.

Talk to us

We're working closely with a small group of tenants during early access. If your team tracks lease dates across many locations, we'd like to hear from you.
