This policy explains what NoticeDay collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, your company name, and the people you invite.
- Your leases: the files you upload and the information NoticeDay reads from them.
- Settings and activity: things you confirm, edit or set (for example reminder days), and basic logs we need to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To read your leases, show your dates and terms, and send the reminders you set up.
- To keep the service secure and working, and to answer you when you contact us.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use your leases to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run NoticeDay: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, file storage and sign-in), Anthropic (reading leases through its API) and Resend (email). They handle your data only to provide their service to us.
Who else can see it
Only people in your company account, within the access your admins give them. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Leases and their data stay until you delete them.
- If you close your account, we delete your company's leases and files, except where we must keep records by law.
Your choices
You can view, correct and delete your leases at any time in the app. To get a copy of your data, close your account, or ask a question, email privacy@noticeday.io.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll tell account owners by email before the change takes effect.
